Comcast Executive Care Part II
So, now you understand why I've decided that Comcast gives me my internet connection, and Verizon gives me dial tone. I can miss a TV show once in while, but I don't want to be without dial tone. Whether you like them or not, no matter what the weather, time of day, etc., in power outages or storms, Verizon gives us dial tone. Comcast is more likely to be a blue screen or some sort of error message. Can't even count the number of errors before or during PPV movies, HD service is cranky and sometimes just stops for no reason, etc.
